I have read about people having pain in their hand(s) when drawing (Craig Thompson comes to mind) but I never thought it could happen to me.
UNTIL IT DID!
It was bad enought to make my fingers numb and to make me have trouble holding things like frying pans and baby bottles.
Googling the issue led to more mental trouble
Imaging a sad song while this plays in slow motion:
The good thing:
You can fight it before it becomes super bad!
Here is some Ammunition!
1. Stretches
Every hour for 30 seconds, I have an App that pops up and reminds me to do it: http://www.dejal.com/timeout/
Here is a link to the stretches that seem to work for me:

2. Wrist Splints
Everything gets weird while you wear them
Wearing them at night seems to work the best and can have a nice effect on your partner.
Video games by the way seem to make things worse by a big margin.. but scew not playing.. you gotta live sometimes!
